Acceptance occurs when we ship the product(s) to you and send a shipment confirmation email. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact information, and payment details you provide are accurate and complete. Luxchaira is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Luxchaira.

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address. The final order total, including all taxes, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

5. Payment

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. You authorize Luxchaira (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including product cost, applicable taxes, and any other charges disclosed at checkout. In the event of payment processing failure, order cancellation, or return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your payment data.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Luxchaira ships products to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE—there are no shipping costs. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; actual delivery may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier performance, and circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipping. 7. Returns and Refunds

Luxchaira offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions set forth in our Returns and Refunds policy. Please note that there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for most online sales in the United States; our 30-day return window is Luxchaira's own policy provided for your convenience.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect products sent in error by Luxchaira.

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photographs, videos, software, code, design elements, and compilations—is the property of Luxchaira or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

LUXCHAIRA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

LUXCHAIRA DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SITE, AND LUXCHAIRA WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY MONITOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LUXCHAIRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LUXCHAIRA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THESE TERMS FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxchaira, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
Your use or misuse of the Site, products, or services;
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Site; or
Any fraud, willful misconduct, or negligence on your part.

You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

You and Luxchaira agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Luxchaira each waive any right to a jury trial.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Luxchaira may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Luxchaira reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion.
